Radio Flyer

Radio Flyer is one of the Hudson Valley’s premier cover bands. Founded in 2001 by lead guitarist Mike Rizzo and drummer Mark Schaeffer, Radio Flyer has always performed an eclectic mix of classics both old and new. Along with the band’s tireless efforts to improve its musicianship and vocal interpretations, Radio Flyer also dedicates itself to performing live at the highest level of excellence. This dedication allows the band to perform the works of your favorite artists with a bit of their own “spin” on it. Considered by many to be a band that has the qualities of both a great cover band and a “jam band”, Radio Flyer will always surprise and impress.

With almost a decade of experience, Radio Flyer continues to perform a mix of music that includes selections from Van Morrison, The Beatles, Dave Matthews, The Cars, Bruce Springsteen, Steely Dan, Elvis (both Presley and Costello), The “Doobies”, Michael Bublé, Paul Simon, Elton John, Motown, The Allman Brothers and so much more.
